Arrangement was delivered on the same day it was ordered. I received a call shortly after the order was placed to verify delivery address and was asked if late afternoon was OK. This surprised and pleased me. I had ordered a sympathy arrangement for the passing of a friend's wife and he called to say how beautiful it was. Thank you for such prompt and professional service I would give 10 stars if it were an option!
